Welcome to The Swiss Watch Club! By subscribing to our membership services, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use our services.

1. Membership Subscription and Services

 

1.1 Subscription Access:

Members pay a monthly fee to gain access to exclusive watch drops and other platform features. This fee grants access to opportunities to participate in monthly watch drops but does not guarantee any specific product purchase or delivery.

1.2 Membership Tiers:

We offer different membership tiers with various privileges, as described on the Memberships page. Members are responsible for selecting their preferred tier based on their preferences.

1.3 Membership Fees:

Membership fees are billed monthly and are required to maintain access to The Swiss Watch Club’s exclusive features.
The applicable membership fees vary by tier and are listed on the Memberships page.
Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing cycle and are non-refundable.
By signing up, members agree to recurring monthly charges for their selected tier, which will automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours prior to the start of the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

1.4 Watch Drop Process:

Each month, three luxury watches will be featured in the exclusive drop.
Members who decide to join the drop will receive a form with questions related to the featured watches, indicating their interest.
Submission of the form will enter the member into a draw to determine who will have the opportunity to purchase one of the watches.
Only members who have actively opted into the drop and submitted the form will be considered participants.
Once the drop period has ended, new entries will no longer be accepted. One winner will be selected at random from the pool of participants.
During the selection process, participants will see a brief animation simulating a spinning draw to display the winner being chosen.
The winner will be contacted and given the option to choose one of the three watches to purchase at retail price.
If the winner accepts, they must confirm their selection and complete payment within the specified timeframe (typically 48 hours).
Failure to respond or complete payment within the timeframe will result in forfeiting the opportunity, which will then be offered to the next selected member.

1.5 Subscription Renewal and Cancellation:

All memberships are renewed monthly unless canceled by the member.
You may cancel your membership anytime through your account settings, effective at the end of your current billing cycle.
Cancellations must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming month.

1.6 No Guarantee of Purchase:

Your subscription grants access to purchase opportunities but does not guarantee product availability or delivery. Watches are subject to availability, and we cannot ensure that every interested member will secure a purchase.

1.7 Subscription Non-Transferability:

Memberships are strictly personal and non-transferable. Attempting to transfer or resell membership access or benefits will result in immediate cancellation without refund.

2. Delivery and Pickup

 

2.1 Shipping through Supplier:

All watches purchased by members will be handled, packaged, and shipped directly by the supplier to the address provided by the member at the time of purchase.

2.2 Supplier Transaction and Delivery Terms:

As The Swiss Watch Club is not involved in the purchase transaction, all terms of sale, delivery timelines, and shipping terms are to be agreed upon directly with the supplier.
Any shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or handling fees during delivery are the responsibility of the member and may vary by country.
The Swiss Watch Club is not liable for any issues related to the transaction, delivery, or quality of products, as these are managed by the supplier.

2.3. Pick up Option

Members may request a pickup option where offered by the supplier. All logistics and risks associated with the pickup process are the responsibility of the member and supplier, and The Swiss Watch Club holds no liability.

3. Platform Content and Features

 

3.1 Newsletters and Updates:

Members will receive weekly newsletters and content related to luxury watches, trends, and pricing.

3.2 Build My Watch Box Feature:

Members can use the virtual “Build My Watch Box” feature to customize their collection visually. This feature is for personal enjoyment and does not constitute a formal purchase of displayed watches.

3.3 Retail Price Indicator:

The ongoing retail price indicator aims to keep members informed of current market trends but does not represent the exact selling price for any watch.

3.4 Chat and Support:

Members can contact support through the platform’s chat feature, with responses expected within 24-48 hours. Live support is not available at this time.

4. Member Conduct and Restrictions

 

4.1 Account Usage:

Members must ensure that their account credentials are kept secure and not shared with others. Any suspicious activity should be reported to The Swiss Watch Club immediately.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct:

Members are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities or actions that violate these Terms and Conditions. Inappropriate behavior may lead to suspension or termination of membership without refund.

5. Limitations of Liability

 

5.1 General Liability:

The Swiss Watch Club, its affiliates, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

5.2 Service Availability:

The Swiss Watch Club will endeavor to provide uninterrupted service but makes no guarantees. Temporary interruptions for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen technical issues may occur.

5.3 Limitation on Delivery Liability:

The Swiss Watch Club is not liable for any damage, delay, or loss occurring during the delivery process, as all shipments are managed and executed by the supplier.

5.4 Force Majeure Clause:

The Swiss Watch Club shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, labor disputes, or technical failures.

6. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

 

6.1 Governing Law:

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas.

6.2 Alternative Dispute Resolution:

Any disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration or the Supreme Court of The Bahamas.
